The rates are published
Our whole price list is on this site. You can work out what a shipment costs before you speak to anyone, and the inspection confirms it rather than inflating it.
Everything is tallied
Every item is inspected and written onto your manifest before it is loaded, so you know exactly what went into the shipment.
